Mosaic Glass Votive - Sold Out - Saturday, March 1, 10 a.m. What an exciting new class for all of you mosaic enthusiasts because working with glass mosaics is a very different process than working with tile. Dave Jarvinen will show you the skills you’ll need to create a sparkling 4 inches by 4 inches square votive from glass tiles. You will assemble your votive in this all-day class then Dave will demonstrate the grouting process so you can take the necessary supplies home with you to finish the grout. All materials are included. Cost $85.
Create your own herb garden - Saturday, March 29, 10:30 a.m. Once you have cooked with fresh herbs, there is no going back to the bottles of dried flakes from the grocery store. Here is your opportunity to learn how to create a complete herb garden in a single pot using a six-pocket strawberry planter. You will learn techniques for successfully planting your strawberry pot and we have a fun trick up our sleeve for making this planter self-watering. We have selected the most popular herbs: parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano and chives. Cost $45.
